Welcome to Perfect Deal! By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Perfect Deal Inc. ("Perfect Deal," "we," "us," or "our"). Your use of our services signifies your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Perfect Deal is a visual deal discovery platform that connects users with businesses and influencers offering deals, promotions, and special offers. Our service enables:
Important: Regular users cannot upload media content (photos, videos, reels, or posts). Content creation is limited to verified businesses, influencers, and Perfect Deal. Users may only interact with existing content through comments, messages, likes, saves, and shares.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Perfect Deal. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use Perfect Deal.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
You may register using your email address, phone number, or through third-party services (such as Google, Facebook, or Apple). By connecting your Perfect Deal account to a third-party service, you authorize us to access and use certain information from that service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Regular User Accounts: Designed for consumers who want to discover deals, save favorites, chat with businesses, comment on content, redeem coupons, and purchase subscriptions. Regular users cannot upload media content.
Business/Organization Accounts: For verified businesses and organizations that want to post deals, upload media, engage with customers, and access analytics. Business accounts require verification.
Influencer Accounts: For content creators and influencers who want to share deals and promotional content. Influencer accounts require application and approval.
You are responsible for:
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Some information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
After termination, you may no longer have access to your saved deals, chat history, subscription benefits, or other account-related data.
Regular Users: As a regular user, you may create and share:
You may NOT upload: Photos, videos, reels, posts, or any other media content. Media uploads are restricted to verified businesses, influencers, and Perfect Deal.
Businesses and Influencers: Verified business and influencer accounts may upload photos, videos, reels, and create posts promoting deals, offers, products, and services, subject to our content guidelines and verification requirements.
You retain ownership of content you create on Perfect Deal ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your content in connection with operating and providing our services.
This license exists for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our services, and to develop new services. It allows us to display your comments, reviews, and other content to other users, and to use your content in marketing materials (with proper attribution).
This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, or where we need to retain it for legal compliance.
You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that:
When posting reviews and ratings, you agree to provide honest, genuine feedback based on your actual experience. Fake reviews, paid reviews (unless disclosed), reviews written by business owners about their own businesses, or reviews intended to harm competitors are strictly prohibited.
Businesses may not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews, and users may not demand compensation in exchange for removing negative reviews.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove, or refuse to display any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, with or without prior notice. We may also remove content if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
However, we are not obligated to monitor or review all content, and we are not responsible for content posted by users, businesses, or third parties.
If you believe content violates these Terms or applicable laws, you may report it through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting support@perfectdeal.net.
While we strive to maintain your content, we are not a backup service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of any important content. We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of your content.
In addition to the content restrictions above, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
Violation of any of these prohibited activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating violations.
All content, features, and functionality on Perfect Deal (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, algorithms, designs, and the "look and feel" of the platform) are the exclusive property of Perfect Deal Inc. and our licensors, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Perfect Deal name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Perfect Deal Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

We will investigate valid claims and remove infringing content in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable laws.
Use of third-party trademarks, logos, or brand names on Perfect Deal must comply with applicable trademark laws. Businesses and influencers may only use trademarks they own or are authorized to use.
Perfect Deal displays deals, promotions, offers, and coupons from third-party businesses. We act as a platform connecting users with businesses, but we are not the seller or provider of the advertised products or services.
We are not responsible for and do not guarantee:
All transactions are between you and the business offering the deal. Perfect Deal is not a party to these transactions and has no control over the quality, safety, legality, or availability of products or services.
You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions of any deal, offer, or coupon before redemption. Deals may have expiration dates, limitations, exclusions, or special requirements.
When redeeming coupons through Perfect Deal:
If you have a dispute regarding a deal, product, service, or coupon, you must resolve it directly with the business. Perfect Deal is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between users and businesses.
However, you may report fraudulent deals, misleading promotions, or violations of our Terms through the in-app reporting feature. We will investigate and may remove content or take action against businesses that violate our policies.
Perfect Deal may offer subscription plans that provide access to premium features, exclusive deals, enhanced functionality, or other benefits. Subscription details, pricing, and features will be clearly described before purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price changes affecting your subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your account settings or the app store where you purchased the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
Fees do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription and purchases.
Perfect Deal provides chat functionality that allows users to communicate with businesses and organizations. When using our messaging features, you agree to:
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and moderate messages to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, and ensure user safety. We may remove messages, restrict chat access, or suspend accounts that violate our policies.
Messages may be stored on our servers for operational purposes and legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle message data.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERFECT DEAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DOWNLOADING SUCH MATERIAL.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PERFECT DEAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT PERFECT DEAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO PERFECT DEAL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Perfect Deal Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@perfectdeal.net. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 60 days of submission, you or Perfect Deal may bring a formal proceeding.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The arbitration will be conducted in English in the United States. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
YOU AND PERFECT DEAL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
Either party may seek injunctive relief or other equitable relief in court to prevent irreparable harm, including but not limited to intellectual property disputes, without first engaging in arbitration.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND PERFECT DEAL WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ACTION OR LITIGATION IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
Your continued use of Perfect Deal after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services and may delete your account.
For material changes that affect your rights, we may require you to provide affirmative consent before continuing to use certain features.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
The following sections shall survive termination of these Terms: User Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous Provisions.
